You can either fill out the buyer registration form attached to the page for each sale and send to jbbainfoe@jbba.jp by the day before the first day of the sale, or complete the registration procedures after arriving in Japan, again on the day before, or no later than the day of the sale at the market administration office. You will be issued a Bid Card carrying your buyer number at the market administration office before the auction begins. If an agent such as a trainer is going to take part in the auction on your behalf, an agent registration form must be submitted before the auction begins.
